About What We Think
To support people at some of the most difficult points in their lives
Created by those with lived experience
We work across domestic violence, mental health, and addiction recovery, providing safe, practical, and person-centred support to individuals and families who need stability, clarity, and a way forward.
Our work is informed by both professional practice and lived experience of domestic abuse, mental health challenges, and recovery. We understand that trauma, poor mental health, addiction, and abusive environments are often deeply connected.
Rather than treating people in isolation or through a single lens, we take a whole-person, trauma-informed approach, recognising emotional safety, personal dignity, and long-term recovery as essential foundations for change.
We support people to:
Regain control and personal safety
Rebuild confidence and self-worth
Develop healthier coping strategies
Break cycles of harm, dependency, and crisis
What We Think Values
Our services are delivered with professionalism, discretion, and respect. We work alongside individuals, families, and professionals to ensure support is ethical, collaborative, and focused on sustainable outcomes.
