Kirsty
Kirsty brings powerful lived experience, empathy and understanding to the work she does supporting others. After struggling with addiction for many years, she found the strength to reach out for help and begin her own recovery journey. Today, Kirsty is over four years clean and sober, and her life has been completely transformed.
About Kirsty
Alongside her recovery, Kirsty also faced and overcame postnatal depression, giving her a deep personal understanding of the emotional challenges many people experience during motherhood and early family life.
Through her own journey, Kirsty has developed a strong understanding of recovery, resilience and personal change. She knows first-hand how difficult it can be to take that first step, but also how powerful the transformation can be when somebody feels supported, understood and not judged.
