Collaborations & Partners

Collaborations & Partners

What We Think CIC works collaboratively with organisations supporting individuals, families, and communities experiencing mental health challenges, recovery needs, and complex life pressures.

Our role is to provide structured, trauma-informed support that complements existing services and strengthens local provision.

Who We Work With

We work in collaboration with community-based organisations, voluntary groups, educational settings, and health and wellbeing providers.

Our services are designed to work alongside local authorities, commissioners, safeguarding services, and professional referral networks, ensuring alignment with wider systems of support.

How We Work in Partnership

  • Aligning with existing frameworks and pathways
  • Maintaining clear roles, boundaries, and communication
  • Delivering trauma-informed, values-led support

Our approach complements, not duplicates, existing provision.

What We Contribute

  • Structured group and community-based programmes
  • One-to-one support where appropriate
  • Staff wellbeing and reflective practice support
  • Early-intervention and preventative wellbeing activity

Safeguarding & Professional Standards

All collaborative work operates within our safeguarding framework, with clear escalation processes, professional boundaries, and adherence to safeguarding and data protection requirements.

Safeguarding responsibility is shared across all partnerships.
