I am Thomas, a health and fitness coach and the founder of Heroic Health & Fitness. I work with adults – many of them parents – who want to improve their health, lose body fat and build strength without unrealistic diets or extreme routines.

My approach is built around simple, practical habits that fit into real life. I focus on helping people move better, eat with more structure, and build routines they can actually stick to long-term. It is not about quick fixes. It is about creating a lifestyle that supports confidence, energy and overall wellbeing.
I am passionate about cutting through the noise in the fitness industry, and showing people that looking after themselves does not have to be complicated.
