Meet the Team
At What We Think, our team brings together lived experience, professional insight, and a shared commitment to safe, effective support.
We believe the people delivering support matter as much as the support itself. Our work is guided by clarity, compassion, and strong professional boundaries, always focused on the person, not the label.
Leadership
What We Think is led by a multi-disciplinary leadership team responsible for governance, safeguarding, and service quality across domestic violence, mental health, and addiction support.
Each director holds clear accountability within their area, ensuring our services remain safe, ethical, and effective.
Practitioners & Support Team
Our practitioners and support staff work directly with individuals and families across all areas of support. They:
- Work in a trauma-informed, non-judgemental way
- Provide clear, structured, insight-led support
- Maintain high safeguarding and professional standards
- Work alongside people to promote safety, clarity, and progress
Our Values in Practice
Across the organisation, we are guided by shared values:
- Safety and respect
- Clear thinking and accountability
- Compassion without judgement
- Professional integrity and boundaries
These values shape how we work, with each other and with those we support.
Working Together
Our team works collaboratively to ensure support is connected, consistent, and safe, from first contact through to ongoing support.
We’re a growing organisation, and from time to time we welcome people who feel aligned with our values and purpose. This may be through volunteering, sessional support, or future paid roles as opportunities arise.
If you’re interested in being part of What We Think CIC, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out with a short introduction and a brief overview of your experience or interest in this work. All enquiries are handled with care and follow appropriate safeguarding procedures.
